Los autores estudian en 43 pacientes afectos de luxación recidivante de hombro distintos parámetros clínicos y morfológicos predisponen tes. concluyendo que la afección es más frecuente en el varón (46 por 100). de edades comprendidas entre los 18 y los 27 años (55'5 por 100). luxación previa (70 por 100) y alteraciones morfológicas predisponentes (10 por 100). La técnica preferida fue la de Putti-Plat. y el hallazgo mas constante la luxitud del sistema capsulornuscular anterior. |

43 patients diagnosticated with recurrent anterior dislocation of the shoulder are analysed by the authors in their predisposal clinical and morphological parameters. The authors conclude that the recurrent anterior dislocation of the shoulder is more frequent in men (46%), age range 18 to 27 (55%), previous traumatical dislocation (70%) and predisponent morphology (10%). I'he Putti-Plat's technique was the chosen surgycal treatment, and the most usual operatoring finding was anterior laxity of the capsule and muscle. |
