Resumen:
 Hacemos revisión de 66 hombros entre 1978 y 1985, por luxación anterior recidivante de hombro, mediante la técnica de Magnuson Stack modificada, estableciendo un protocolo según el cual obtenemos un 86'36 por 100 de excelentes y buenos resultados, así como un 4'54 por 100 de verdaderas recidivas en ausencia de complicaciones.
Summary:
 The authors report 66 recurrent anterior dislocation of the shoulder treated with Magnuson Stack's surgycal technique. According to the authors' records the obtained results are very good and good (86'36%) and relapse (4'54%).
