Resumen:
Se realiza un estudio experimental entre los enclavijamientos condilocefálicos (Técnica de Küntscher) y elásticos (Técnica de Ender), utilizando modelos de extremidad proximal de fémur de Araldite aplicando técnicas de fotoelasticidad a fracturas estables e inestables.
Los resultados permiten afirmar que los enclavijamientos elásticos representan mejor las condiciones bioquímicas del fémur anatómico que los rígidos.
Summary:
A comparative experimental study between rigid and flexible nailing (Küntscher and Ender Techiques respectively) is reported, using a model of the proximal femur suitable for photoelastic analysis.
This study shows that the elastic nailing is biomechanically better than the rigid nailing.
