Resumen:
 Los autores estudian 70 enfermos con necrosis avascular de la cabeza femoral.
De los cuales 11 eran bilaterales por lo que revisan un total de XI cabezas. Estudian la enfermedad desde el punto de vista clínico y radiológico, haciendo una
correlación entre ambos parámetros y una revisión bibliogrúfica del tema.
Summary:
 70 patients with avascular necrosis on the femoral head were collected. 11 of these cases were bilateral. The clinícal and radiological aspects were analized. 8'55% were alcoholic, 5'71 % had been under a steroid treatment before. 14 cases had antecedents with injuries.
The authors have used the Marcus' radiological criterion: 24'69% groups I and 11, 6'17% group 111, 24'69% group IV, 35'80% group V and 8'64% group VI.
