Los autores exponen la experiencia de su Servicio en las osteotomías del iliaco en el niño, según las técnicas de SALTER y CHIARI. Estudian 27 osteotomías respecto a sus indicaciones (fundamentalmente secuelas de luxación congénita y de enfermedad de Perthes, edad de realización, valores radiográficos (ángulos C. E. y A. C.) pre y postoperatorios, y seguimiento clínico de los casos. También destacan la simultaneidad de osteotomía intertrocantérea derotadora y varizante en la técnica de SALTER y las ventajas e inconvenientes de ambas técnicas. Describen detalles técnicos de interés práctico quirúrgico, junto con las conclusiones obtenidas de su revisión clínica. |

The authors describe their experience with the SALTER'S and CRIARI'S techniques. 27 osteotomies are reported, with studies about theirs indications (congenital díslocation of the hip, Perthes' Disease), age of realítation roentgenographic signs (C. E. angle of Wiberg, acetabular angle). They also put through proximal femoral varus derotational osteotomy at the same time with the SALTER'S techníque. They show sorne details of the technique and conclusions after their clínical experience are reviewed. |
