Resumen: |
Los autores presentan 50 pacientes afectos en una o ambas manos de la enfermedad de Dupuytren. Analizan la historia particular de cada paciente buscando la asociación con determinadas patologías (alcoholismo, epilepsía, diabetes, etc.). Se realizan análisis tanto histológico como mediante microscopía electrónica de doce de los casos. Una microangiopatía estenosante secundaria a hipoxia tisular es, según los autores, la causa del estímulo de la producción de colágeno y la fibrosis consecuente. |
Summary: |
50 patíentswith Dupuytren's Disease(76 affected hands) are reported. The authors studied personal history and the association to certain iIInesses (alcoholism, epiIepsy, diabetes, etc.). Tissue specimens taken during surgery of 12 of the hands were studied under optic and electronic microscope respectively, showing stenosans microangiopathy. The authors believe that the secondary hypoxia stimulate the colagen production and subsequent fibrosis. |
