Presentamos un caso de Sarcoma Epiteloide, tumor infrecuente de partes blandas y de preferente presentación a nivel de las extremidades. El tumor está localizado a nivel del talón del pie. Se revisa la bibliografía y se estudia desde el punto de vista histológico e inmunohistoquímico, discutiéndose su histogénesis. |

A case of Epiteloid Sarcoma found at the heel (considered an infrequent location) is reported. The authors carry out a bibliographical review. An histological and immunohistochemical study is made. |
