Tratamos quirúrgicamente 26 casos de fracturas del olécranon desde 1985 a 1987, por medio de un montaje de dos agujas I. Q. L. perforadas, con cerclaje metálico incorporado. Se hace una revisión de la clasificación, así como un análisis y estudio biomecánico de la osteosíntesis en la Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, comprobando los buenos resultados con esta técnica operatoria. |
Summary: |
26 olecranon fractures have been treated from 1985 to 1987 with internal ñxation with two I. Q. L. holed needles supported with tension band wiring. A revision of the fracture c1assification was carried out. A biomechanical analysis of this osteosynthesis was undertaken at the Politechnic University of Valencia. Excellent results of this surgical management have been obtained. |
