Los autores presentan 27 fracturas de tercio inferior de tibia, tratadas mediante enclavado de Ender y PTB, describiendo la técnica quirúrgica. Los resultados clínicos obtenidos son excelentes en cuanto a dolor y movilidad, con un 58'62010 de ejes radiológicos anatómicos, encontrando como desviaciones más frecuentes el varo, traslación interna y el acortamiento, siendo todos ellos mínimos. Se destaca tanto la mínima tasa de complicaciones (6'89%) como las secuelas. Se trata de una técnica muy útil por su escaso riesgo de infección, algodistrofia, troboembolismo, atrofia muscular y rigidez articular, debido a la carga precoz con una tasa nula de pseudoartrosis, ya que se respeta la vascularización al máximo. |

Tbe autbors present 27 fractures of distal tbird of tibia treated by Ender and intramedullary, witbout reaming nailing and PTB, describing the surgical procedure. Clínical results obtained are excellent, as far as pain and mobility are concerned, with a 58'62% of anatomic radiologic axis, finding as the most frequent disturbances tbe varusm movement and sbortening, being a11 of them minimal. The small rate of compUcation (6'89%) and sequels are to be taken as the most important results. This procedure is quite useful, since its low rate of infection, sudeck, trombosis, muscular atrophy and joint rigidity for tbe early loading, with anule rate of pseudoarthrosis due to maximum preserving of tbe blood supply. |
