Resumen:
 Los autores han revisado 263 pacientes afectos de Síndrome del Seno del Tarso postraumático.
Estos fueron tratados mediante infiltración en el «sinus tarsí» con anestesia local y corticoides depot más inmovilización con bota de yeso, respondiendo  favorablemente un 84'03%; al resto se les practicó un legrado del seno del tarso, y sólo fue precisa la artrodesis subastragalina en seis casos.
Consideramos que los casos en que hay lesión del componente interno profundo del ligamento astragalo calcáneo, son los que pueden llegar a precisar artrodesis
de la subastragalina.
Summary:
 263 patients with postraumatic sinus tarsi syndrome are collected. They were treated with local anaesthetic and cortisone as well as immobilization by casting, obtaining
a 84'03070 of good results,The rest of patients were surgically treated by curettage of the sinus tarsi, and only in six cases with subtalar joint arthrodesis.
