Resumen: |
Los autores analizan las distintas variaciones morfológicas que experimenta la extremidad proximal del fémur teóricamente sana en el transcurso de un Síndrome de Legg-Calvé-Perthes (SLCP) unilateral. Este estudio se ha basado en el análisis morfológico de 200 controles radiográficos realizados en 50 casos de SLCP unilateral y de 200 practicados a otros tantos individuos en los que se descartó la existencia de cualquier patología sistemática o local que pudiera afectar directa o indírectamente la articulación coxofemoral, y a los que consideran como grupo control. Se han valorado alteraciones de densidad e rregularidades de contorno epifisario y metafisario femoral, así como otras modificaciones hal1adas, realizándose un posterior enjuiciamiento nosológico. |
Summary: |
The authors analyse the morphological variations at the proximal extremity of the Fémur, theoretically hale in patients with Legg-Calvé-Perthes Syndrom unilateral. This study was carried out in 200 radiographic controls made in 50 cases of LeggCalvé-Perthes Syndrom unilateral, and another group of 200 patients without affectation of the hip joint by systemic or local process. This was the control group. |
