Resumen:
 Se expone el plan de tratamiento que seguimos desde hace diez años para el pie equino-varo congénito, analizando los resultados obtenidos en los pacientes que ya llevan al menos cinco años de evolución.
Consideramos en general satisfactorios estos resultados, aunque apuntamos algunas modificaciones a la técnica original descrita (Prof. Imhauser), en base a la experiencia acumulada en estos años.

 The authors present the treatment of the newborn congenital clavus foot in their Service.
After ten years, the global result is satisfactory. The Imhiiuser's surgical procedure is assumed by the authors but they propose sorne rnodifications.
