Resumen:
 Se presentan cuatro casos de sinovitis vellosonodular pigmentada, tres afectando a la rodilla y una a la cadera, ésta última con afectación ósea. Así mismo se hace una actualización bibliográfica sobre la etiopatogenia, radiología,
método diagnósticos y tratamiento óptimo.
Summary:
 Four cases of Pigmented Villonodular Sinovitis are described, three affecting the knee and one involving the hip, the last with invasion of bone.
The pathogenesis, radiographical appearance, diagnosis and optimal treatment are discussed.
