Resumen:

Los autores presentan un caso de asociación de fractura diafisaria de fémur junto con lesión de ligamento cruzado posterior.
Distintos trabajos muestran el alto porcentaje de lesiones ligamentosas de larodilla, que pasan desapercibidas en un primer momento, diagnosticándose tardiamente.
Los autores pretenden enfatizar dicha posibilidad.

Summary:
 One case of femoral shaft fracture with acute posterior cruciate rupture is showed by the authors.
There are differents papers than point out this association and the late diagnosis of the Iigament injury.
