En este artículo se analiza un caso clínico de síndrome canalar del túnel carpiano causado por un músculo aberrante (abductor largo accesorio del 5º dedo) tratado quirúrgicamente, que posteriormente (8 meses) se complicó. con un síndrome compresivo cubital a nivel del canal de Guyónpor no resecar en su totalidad dicho músculo en el acto quinírgico inicial. Revisión, bibliografía y conclusiones. |
Summary: |
The authors analyze a clinic case of carpal tunnel syndrom caused by an aberrant muscle (long abducent accesory of fifth finger) treated by surgery, whitch after aight months was complicated with an ulnar nerve compressive syndrome at the Guyons canal caused by not completely resecting the mentioned muscle in the initial operation. Review of bibliography an conclusions. |
