En el presente trabajo se estudian los resultados de los implantes de Prótesis totales de Cadera tipo Charnlcy (PTCCh) realizados en el Hospital "San Agustín" de Avilés (Asturias) durante los años 1976 y 1977. Tiene por lo tanto un seguimiento de más de 10 años. Todas ellas son del mismo modelo y se valoran sus resultados bajo los mismos parámetros de Merle D' Aubigne y Postel (la impresión del paciente se evalua según IIuggler) Los resultados son generalmente satisfactorios, aunque se han presentado complicaciones y alguna de ellas precisó revisión. Se discuten las complicaciones acaecidas y la experiencia comparativa con otros autores. |

In the prescnt work it is studied the hnplantation of Charnley Total Hip Arthroplastic results (JP. T. C. Ch.), made at "San Agustin" Hospital, in Avilés (Asturias), during 1976 and 1977. Thcrefore, it's been followed for more than ten years. They all fit the same model and their results are rated under the same measures, from Merle D' Aubigné and Postel (Paticnts impressión is valucd acording to Huggler) The efTcctsuse to be satisfactory, although thcre have been sorne complications and sorne of them had to be re-examlnated. Th ese problems are discu ssed along th iswork, as well as th e COIllparative experience with other authors. |
