Resumen:
 Se describen los tres tipos más frecuentes, por lo menos en nuestros Hospitales, de recubrimiento
poroso de las artroplastias totales de cadera. Sintcrización, difusión y espuma plasmática,
se insiste en los factores para conseguir una buena fijación biológica y se presenta una irnpresión
subjetiva de los primeros 47 pacientes intervenidos en su hospital con este tipo de vástagos.
