Resumen:
 Los autores analizan los diferentes signos radiológicos que sugieren intolerancia
de las prótesis cérvico-cefálicas de cadera implantadas por fractura cervical que serán
sometidas a Cirugía de Revisión. Se estudian retrospectivamente 61 casos intervenidos entre los
años 77 al 89, analizándose la evolución de los diferentes modelos: Monk, Austin-Moore,
Thompson, Müller y Robert-Mathys.
Asimismo se estudian la presencia de calcificaciones intra y periarticulares y la aparición de
complicaciones. Por último, se pretende concretar la indicación de la Artroplastia parcial de
cadera en pacientes ancianos con alto riesgo quirúrgico en oposición a un mejor resultado de la
Artroplastia Total en el resto de pacientes.
Summary:
 The authors analyse the different radiological features suggesting intolerance of the cervical-cephalic hipp rosthesis , implanted by cervical fracture and submitted to revision surgery. Retrospectively 61 cases, which were carried out between 1977 a n d 1989, are studied, and the evolution of the different patterns in analysed : Monk, Austin-Moore, Thompson, Müller and Robert-Mathys.
At the same time, the presence of intraandperi - articular calcifications and the appearance of complications are examined. Finally, they intend to summarize the indication of the hip hemiarthroplasty in old patiens with a high surgical risk opposition to a better result of the total  hip arthroplasty in the rest of the patients .
