Resumen: |
Se presentan en este trabajo cuatro pacientes con sarcomas de partes blandas que fueron diagnosticados de fibrohistiocitoma maligno, osteosarcoma extraesquelético, sarcoma sinovial y sarcoma indiferenciado. En todos ellos el tumor fué un hallazgo casual apreciado en exploraciones orientadas hacia otros procesos por los que acudieron al hospital. Se insiste en el diagnóstico precoz y en el correcto tratamiento de este tipo de sarcomas y se recomienda la punción biopsia ante l a presencia de tumoraciones blandas con crecimiento progresivo, a ún sin otro tipo de sintomatología. |
Summary: |
The authors have colected four patients diagnosed of Soft tissue Sarcomas. The histological diagnosis was, malignant fibrous histiocytoma , extraskeletal osteosarcoma , synovial sarcoma and no - differentiated sarcoma. All of them the tumor was a casual finding during the exploration suspecting other pathology . They emphasize at the early diagnosis and correct management of this type of sarcomas, as wel l as the needle biopsy ( closed biopsy ) of soft tumors with progresive growt h, even without linical symptoms. |
