Los autores presentan un trabajo experimental en 18 conejos, cubriendo un defecto osteocondral en zona de carga del cóndilo medial de la rodilla con menisco tomado de la vertiente lateral de la misma articulación. Realizan un estudio histológico y de captación de timidina triptiada, a los 3 días, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 y 12 semanas, demostrando que el injerto mantiene su estructura histológica íntegra y capta la timidina triptiada a lo largo de toda la experiencia, consiguiendo un perfecto anclaje al tejido óseo epifisario. |
Summary: |
The authors report an experimental work with 18 rabbits. An osteochondral deffect is tailored in the weight-bearing area of the medical condile of the knee, this osteochondral deffect is refilled with a matching piece taken from the lateral meniscus. An optical histological examination and triptium-timidine up-take are performed three days after refilling time in one, two, three, four, six, eight, ten and twelve weeks. This study showed the meniscus graft maintaining its whole histological structure and taking the triptium-timidine along all the experiment length, with a perfect fitting and union with the bone tissue. |
