Resumen:
 Se presenta un caso de fractura del proceso posterior del astrágalo que afecta a sus dos tubérculos asociada a una luxación subastragalina medial del pie. Tras la reducción cerrada de la luxación se siguió un tratamiento ortopédico debido al escaso desplazamiento de la fractura. A pesar de la no unión de la fractura el resultado funcional ha sido excelente
Summary:
 One case of fracture of the posterior process of the talus affecting its two tubercles associated with medial subtalar dislocation is described. After closed reduction of the dislocation a conservative treatment was used because the fracture was minimally displaced. Despite nonunion, excellent functional results are reported.
